The investigation includes classroom observations of students' oral performance, revealing a lack of participation, difficulty with sentences structuring, and anxiety-related issues. In-depth interviews with successful students and instructors revealed additional insights into effective learning and teaching practices. Further, a well-organized questionnaire was developed to collect and report the students’ perspectives on the issue at hand. The study's significance lies in providing practical information to policymakers and stakeholders to develop effective teaching approaches and supporting learners in understanding the complexities of language usage.
